The Vision of Lifetime Wellness Coalition
SAIL Exercise Program for the Senior PopulationStudies show the majority of hospitalizations of seniors are due to preventable falls. The Stay Active and Independent for Life (SAIL) program was developed specifically for our aging population. Join trained volunteer fitness instructors in a series of gentle yet effective exercises for seniors age 65 and older. The goal of the SAIL program is to increase strength, balance and mobility while decreasing the likelihood of falls. Exercise Class Photos
